After each wear, rinse with warm (not hot) water and a little mild soap.
Dry flat, inside-out.

Machine wash, dry clean, bleach/harsh detergents, or iron.

A note on fading & wear

Pool chlorine and sunshine can cause light fading—rinsing after use helps.
Thin, flexible soles may show wear sooner on rough surfaces or with lots of tiptoe play—totally normal.
